I had taken 12 months contract with them and paid Rs 3600 via cheque, but the services offered was below standard. They even didn't service 12 month and in between cancelled schedule for 3 to 4 months. Additionally they included the complaints also in 12 schedule, so the contract ended in 8 months only. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Lastly the pest control was not effective and lot of complaints were there.
