I cant be more disappointed with the experience at VLCC. I visted them forlight party makeup. Firstly there is absolutely no customer service. One of the hairdressers started doing my hair left it after 5 minuted to take care of another client that walked in. After half an hour another hairdresser started doing my hair and left after 5 minutes to look after another client that had walked in. So basically even after taking an appointment I waited about an hour before they got to me.
And the hair stylist was HORRIBLE. I was not looking for any elaborate hairstyle. I just wanted a simple blow dry. But they ruined it as well. It must require some talent to get a simple blow dry wrong. So basically I paid close to 4000 Rupees to be treated a

Last year we booked VLCC for my suister's wedding makeup. I dont remember it was in secto 15 or 16. When we went there, staff told me to change our clothes and leave aur belongings in a separate room. i didnt want to do that however they didnt leave any option for us. It took 4-5 hours to finish my and my sister( Bride)'s makeup. We were already late so we quickly packed everything in our bags. I found out my trousers and my sister's clothes were missing. When i asked their staff they said they didnt know about this and refuse to return our belongings . It was so annoying. I am not happy about it.
