Samrat Interiors, B-35, I.D.C. M. G. Road, opp. sector- 14, Gurgaon claim to be selling trending, quality interiors. However, they are biggest crooks who sell cheap quality furniture in the guise of attractive showroom. They do not fulfill their warranty commitments even-though they charge a premium claiming their furniture to be of top class. They do not hesitate to cheat a Defence personnel and senior citizen like me as well who are respected in the society so much. They handed me a 3+2+2 sofa set which they claimed would easily last 8-9 years and assured a warranty of 5 yrs (which they still claim on the same sofa). However, these sofas didn't last even 3 yrs and when I asked them after around 3yrs 8 mnths to fix the sofa under warranty

SAMRAT Interiors, IDC, Sec14 Gurgaon is seeling BED+MATTRESS. If you purchase only BED then they would never do any polishing.
I agreed. Smarat furniture situated on B 34-34,IDC , Sec 14 , Gurgaon is classic example of modern day Unethical, Distrust and negative customer service.
Dont fool around with twin showroom and attarctive offers. Be mindfull that salesman and owners are ready to trap with their trap. They would force to sell BED MATTRESS. If you opt only bed then they would dispatch bed without polishing. This is exsactly what has happend to me. I am shocked that inspite of repeat call, no manager, no one from Samrat has even think about this worst service.
I purchased "# design" Teakwood and melamine bed on Nov 5 from this shop.
We stop by near restaurant for a short brek and found this twin showroom cum interiors 'SAMRAT INTERIROS PVT LTD".

This is worst furniture shop I have ever been to. No business ethics, no service, the only thing that counts for Samrat is money.
I bought a bed from Samrat and I was told that the bed size is 6'X6'3". I also bought Mattresses (from a different shop) as per the size specified by Samrat.But when I brought the bed and Mattresses home, I realised that the bed size is weird. The size turned out to be 6'X6'7". When I contacted Samrat I was surprised to hear that "to check and verify the size was my duty at the time of purchase". On top of that there is no Mattress available in market for this weird size.
