Worst experience ever! He only wants money. Once he gets his payment he will not move from his seat. He will keep asking you to prepare n number of useless documents for which you have to pay extra. He will misguide you so much and call you in his office everytime you have a query. He just made a fool out of me, I had to pay his fees plus pay all insurance and bank documents fees for 1L which passport office did not even ask. After that my passport was stuck and I had to visit regional office to sort. What's the benefit of this agent when you have to do all work. Please do not get any service from this company. It's a fraud company.
