Well, what to say about muffins. It's a known saying that the most important aspect of any business is the customer â without customers, your business will not succeed. But muffins owner does the opposite.

I took the cake yesterday from Muffins which didn't have base but full of cream when I reached and talk to the owner, he refunded the money without addressing the issue and told not to visit his place again. I am shocked to hear those words. Is that what our value is as a customer for him.

Will not recommend anyone to have anything from muffins........ no quality ... no manners to treat customers.....

I had ordered a cake from muffins jail road and they overcharged me and even the cake was not the one I had ordered for. They never informed me that they are going to charge me extra 100 Rs for the simple round cake with flowers and also 70 rs extra for eggless. So next time you want to order a cake DO NOT GO TO MUFFINS JANAKPURI OR JAIL ROAD. There are many other better options.
