Very poor after sales service. It was an emergency issue. I called them. It took them more than 8 hrs to send someone to attend. The attendant did not give any receipt for taking the inverter for repair. They took my inverter 4 days back saying it will be installed next day. The next day I called them to know, its a weekly OFF. They promised it for next day. I called them the next day, they said, due to some problem, we had to close the office early so it will be delivered tomorrow morning. It is evening. I called them. They gave the call to some old lady to attend. Later, they are not picking the call at all.
