Worst experience. Bad service. We booked honeymoon package for Bali, Singapore & cruise. Their customers Care executive initiative didn't tell full details about their payment plan. But once we paid booking ammount, then they start harassing us. They demanded full payment About 90 days before journey. They used to call n talk like as if calling from some EMI vasooli company n used to tell that if v won't pay full ammount den they 'll cancel the trip n keep full 50% of total ammont which they took as booking ammount. Highly rude behavior n almost abusive language, not expected from hospitality providing company. Even during trip got lot of problem like they have not given full booking documents of cruise trip.
