This is a fraud company totally fraud Mr Sanjay and Mr Ashish Bhashin is owner in this company both are cheated persons even Travel chacha is a part of cultural Holidays both companies are online and even these people are doesn't give salary and hotel payments so guys pls never ever book packages hotels , tickets. and Etc

This is the worst company ever. I booked a tour of rajasthan with them and they charged crazy lots of money for the tour. but when we went on the tour, the hotels were booked next to garbage disposal or some bad locality in the city. Additionally, when we complained they replied - "sorry, do what you can but we can't help you". Their driver was the worst, we were not feeling well one day and we took more break than planned and the driver started complaining. When we asked him to stay quiet, he threatened by saying - dont mess with me else i will hit the car in some truck. We were so threatened that we left the tour in-between and came home on our own.

One word - it sucks. How they operate: They show you a price (which is lower that anywhere else on the website). You pay the money and then they say you will get the ticket in 2-3 days. I have tried to book with them twice. Here is what happened. 1st stint: I booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi (Kingfisher Class). They charged me Rs.3350. After paying the sum, the ticket did not show in their customer console. After much ado (over the phone), they did put my booking online and the status read "processing" or something like that. In this booking, they spelt my name wrong. Again I had to call them and then they blamed me for entering wrong name.
