Worst Experience withKelly Holidays tours and travels
Kelly Holidays are very unprofessional. They donât fulfill what they commit. They are co-operative till the time you book but after that you have to just accept what they provide. Driver was also not so cooperative. Hotel at Lachung was very inconvenient. With a family of 4 how can you sleep on a bed which is smaller than queen size. We suggest if you book your tour from Kelly Holidays tours and travels then book at your own risk.

Worst Experience Ever First of all I would like to tell Kelly Holidays Tours and Travels that you cannot save a customerâs number as Mr.X, The Great. You should apologize for that. Now coming on to inconvenience â first of all the pick up vehicle was changed from innova to xylo. We would have accepted it easily had you informed us prior ( Mobile connectivity was there). Not only that we were asked to pay in cash to that xylo driver which was also not informed us earlier and we had a hard time searching for ATM for cash withdrawal. Now coming on to Nathula pass, we agree that the passes are allocated on lottery system but only when your documents are submitted,right ? Ms Dolma. When your person came to collect our documents, although ... View More we were submitting 2 copies, he said only one copy is required ( which you used for Lachung ). Even after receiving only one copy from our end you or Mr.Tom didnât tell us that you needed one more copy for Nathula pass, then how could you have made passes without our documents so there is no question of lottery system, itâs that you didnât intend to. Then we tried from our sources also wherein I requested Mr.Tom to submit our documents to the concerned Army Officer, to which he agreed ( this is on previous night before leaving for Lachung ). Next day when on the way to Lachung when I reminded Mr.Tom to submit our documents to the concerned army officer, he realized that he doesnât have our documents, now with negligible internet connectivity we found it very difficult to forward our documents to the army officer in this process we missed out on few sight visits as the driver said we have to reach Lachung in a specific time. The story doesnât end here, after the army officer made the passes he asked us to get them collected, as we were in Lachung, I requested Mr.Tom to get the passes collected, to which he agreed again. But the person whom he allocated this job was highly drunk and didnât reach the location where the army officer was calling him, to which the army official called me up and explained the situation. I felt very embarrassed and said sorry to him for the inconvenience, later we ourselves collected the documents. Lastly I understand that some miscommunications happens but that can be handled in a different way, when we had informed you that our train is from Jalpaiguri Road ( you being aware of the area and its dangers, should have informed us that we can catch the train from previous station that is New Jalpaiguri, only that we may have to pay fine if the TT checks before Jalpaiguri Road ) still you dropped us somewhere telling that everybody gets dropped at New Jalpaiguri so we will drop you also at New Jalpaiguriâ¦.What is this Ms.Dolma ? Just because everyone drops at New Jalpaiguri you will drop us also at New Jalpaiguri without even talking to us or informing us. You should talk to customers in advance if there is a change of plan so they are mentally prepared for the situation instead of getting a shock at the last moment and they think what are they going to do now. After lot of talking and wasting of time we agreed upon getting dropped at New Jalpaiguri station, then again we got a shock when the driver drove 3 to 4 kms back to take us to New Jalpaiguri Station, then where was he taking us ?. Anyways, I know Ms.Dolma you must be having a clarification for all the above points. I just want to tell fellow travelers that if you book through Kelly Holiday tours and travels then book at your own risk and be ready for the nightmare. View Less
