I ordered a pizza at 10:15 and i was told that it will reach by 10:45. I called at 10:50 to check the status and I was told by Rakesh on the phone that a call back will be arranged from Store manager and pizza will reach in next 10 mins as its on way.
I called again at 11:00. Another guy pick the call and apologized and ensured that a delivery is on its way and will reach in next 15 mins. I waited....waited and waited. I tried calling Pizz Hut at 11:25. Somebody picked the call and disconnected it.
SERVICE OF PIZZA HUT LAJPAT NAGAR IS RIDICULOUS AND SO IS THE CONTACT CENTRE....
NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT LAJPAT NAGAR....THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE.
