I have personally stayed in this accommodation. The landlord is a shylock and his mother has got serious anger management issues (Putting it mildly). She assaulted me with chappals on the last day of my stay! You are guaranteed to have domestic disputes with the mother throughout your stay. It will crush your peace of mind. I had to leave four days before my checkout day because of the disputes. Not only did I not get refund on the four days stay that I did not stay with them, but they even cut 1000 rupees from my caution deposit so that 'I would learn a lesson'. Lesson learnt, not staying there anymore. Attempting to pass on the lesson now.
