Worst service. They do not understand urgency of a customer. Its been more than 7 days and my prepaid number is not activated which was postpaid earlier.

thanks to manager ARC for helping me in getting back my lost sin card of NE CIRCLE both post paid and pre-paid bearing no. 9612163632 and 9862254963. the manager is a kind person and having helping attitute that makes the customer solve their problem. once again i thank him from the bottom of my heart. may god bless him.

Worst people they want you to come to there center time & again but cant rec call n even if they rec call they dont tell the doccuments to bring with you . They are not there to help us they are there just for formality & nothing like relationship.

very bad experience, service was very bakwasss.....a customer care executive whose name is Abhimanyu dhingra is a very rude as he abused me and also tried to hit me , so I don't suggest anyone to go there,,,,,He is actually a short tempered guy and don't have patience. He is actually gud for nothing and don't deserve that post too, I think the Head of that store should take strong action against him i.e Abhimanyu Dhingra....................

I have visited the outlet at Laxmi Nagar on 5th December 2014 for change of my wife Airtel Fixed line name in the name of her husband mukul saxena. The girl sitting their assured me that it wiil be done within 72 hours and I will get the confirmation mail within 72 hours. The phone is at present is in wife name Meena saxena.(01204299473) . But till date name has not been changed. I am surprise that company like Airtel is so irresponsible in dealing the customer. I have wasted my one day leave.
