I purchased one Titan Frame and got by eye tested and specs made from one your Franchise Store located at Laxmi Nagar Market on 16-Feb-14 vide bill no BBO0017361 dated 17-Feb-14. However when I got the same on 17-Feb-14 after it was made it was not at all comfortable for me, I told the same to person who handed over the same to me but he insisted that I should wear for some days and you will feel comfortable which did not eventually happened even after wearing it for 4 days after which I stopped wearing the same. Problem was when I used to wear the specs size of the letters or image would appear to be big and that too not properly aligned.

The person (Mr Gyaneshwar) who tested my sight initially told me the number was correct and you will feel comfortable after some time but I insisted to get the specs checked from some senior technician â which he agreed and started to process the complaint, was providing us standby specs and was provide us the receipt but the cashier (Mr Anwar Hussain) sitting over there interrupted in between and told us that âIf again we visited the store with same complaint we will not be entertainedâ and later on he started laughing at us and this was insulting in front of other people. How can Titan Eye+ staff can disrespect its customers?
I would like the senior people to understand that why would I visit Titan Eye+ store repeatedly when there was no issue and we repeatedly asked to get the sight checked from other shop.
I feel very much insulted and would now request Titan Eye+ to refund my money.
