Virtual Holidays is one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible tour travel service. They are a bunch of unprofessional and unethical crooks. Stay away from this holiday agent. Me & my family of 10 members had booked a Kashmir tour package through them. To start, due to Covid 2.0, we all wanted to postpone our trip and reschedule our bookings, not only did he refuse any cancellation, he also lied to us that he has already paid full amounts to all the hotels. When we made a call to booked hotels in Kashmir, they on the contrary were willing to refund 100% amount and had no issues with the cancellation.
