I have been a Gym member of their Meera Bagh branch since Dec 2009, I paid for a Half yearly membership on 4th April 2012 and these frauds closed the Meera Bagh branch on 23rd April without informing the clients, on contacting teh Corporate office I was told to write a refund request..after 2 months of following up all I got a letter signed by Arti Kohli that my refund cannot be processed and offered to go to Gym at Green Park or Preet Vihar....Could you think of anything more Absurd??? Somebody living in West Delhi to go to East Delhi or South Delhi for Gym daily......Have been following up with Ms. Arti Kohli (VP Corporate Office) who behaves like a peon (not knowing anything about whats going on) and nothing has come of our almost weekly

I have taken package for Laser from M/s. Vibes, Meera Bagh, but Vibes totally fails to provide any results. There was no supervisor to take care of requirements of the clients. There was no specific time / place for providing the laser session. My experience is very dull. During last 6-7 months, I am forced to visit once at Green Park centre, twice at Pitam Pura centre and twice at Meera Bagh centre and thereafter they totally shut the Meera Bagh centre without informing the clients and leaving the session in mid-way. I have written / spoken so many times to Corporate Office, Hauzkhas but all in vain.
