Very Bad Experience with Sterling Auto, faridabad xuv service center, 50 times i have send my xuv for same running repair , they take time for 3-4 working days, and after that they deliverd xuv without running repair by telling that all probnlems r resolved,
there r two persons Mr. Varun and Sumit Pawar, every time the pick my car, and deliverd me by saying that All is Well, but ...............

The most pathetice dealer I have seen and experienced. The service managers and other people will call you for their feedbacks on regular basis. But they will not do the services of the vehicles as requested by customer. They will not speak and deal with the customer in a polite manner and do not respect them. Even top shots managers are not bothered about the same even they will threaten you once you try to tell them if they are wrong. Please DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM STERLING MOTORS FARIDABAD.
Most Pathetic Delaer I had ever seen and experienced. Please do not purchase the vehicle from Sterling Motors Faridabad as they do not have the courtsey to speak politily to the customers and to provide the best services. The service managers are only asking for the numbers on service level but they will not do the services as requested by customer and will make the false commitments.
Sterling Motors service is very disgusting and very poor. They commit something and do something else. I have given my XYLO- HR38S1982 on July 17th and they gave committed to give it on 24th. I haven't got my XYLO til date. Also they demand more than the estimate given to the customer. SERVICE IS NOT AT ALL ON TIME which is unacceptable. Also I will sugeest my friends not to avail the services from Sterling Motors.
