Had a delightful dinner at Slice of Italy. There were 14 of us for a dinner and were able to relax and enjoy the meal. We did not feel rushed. The food was very good and the waiter provided some excellent main course recommendations. Lots of menu options and reasonably priced - especially for pastas. From inside the ambiance was very comfortable. Overall pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to Slice of Italy and I'll recommend it to others too.
A very Shoddy and Tardy Service provided by this Outlet. Details below....
1.) Delivery - VERY TARDY Service....Order placed on 3rd May at 3:30 pm and not delivered till 5:30 pm....a whopping delay of almost 2 hrs. My residence is ~8 km from Mayur Vihar....yet delay of close to 2 hrs....BIG THUMBS DOWN.
2.) Food Quality - Solo Pizzas ordered....1 Veg and 1 Non-Veg Pizza + Cheese Breads Ordered. Both the Pizzas as well as the Garlic Bread pieces (6) were all burned heavily at the cirumference/sides....extremely cold (no doubt because of the delivery time) and tasted stale.
