We are really frustrated by you your Employee Manisha (Customer care Executive 011-4703129) and Faridabad Service Centre Executive (AMARDEEP). We have Bought Your Thermoking Wall Fan Last Year after knowing good feedback of your Brand. But we have very bad Experience with your product as this is fifth (5) time we need a repair of your product and still warranty is pending. Our Last complaint was raised on 24th Feb by Manisha with complaint No.5144 , 5143 and our Fan was picked on 26th Feb , 2018. We are continuously contacting Manisha and Amardeep but they have no answer that when they are going to Deliver Our fan after repair and on 5th March Amardeep promised us to deliver fan on 6th March , But from last day he is not picki

Horrible Service... Be aware... Nobody turns up to service your appliance after you report to their company service center and EVEN company itself. The company will die in shorter than normal life cycle, if they continue to deal their customer the same way. I am very dissapointed after buying their geyser..
Please dont buy from thermoking. They have one of the worst customer service. After trying to get my geyser fixed for 15 days, i had to finally call a different company. Their geyser hardly lasted for a season
I purchased a tharmoking cooler, looks good from out side, within a month pump and blower stopped working. No response after complain through customer care. Please do not buy this produce - complete loss of your money

i purchased 25ltr thermoking geyser from ESQUIRE ELECTRICALS,jagat puri,on 30 october-2011.there was leakage in the tank from the beginning.the tank was replaced by the company in about two months.but the problem continued.ultimately i had to throw the old tank and bought a new on my own for rs.3000including repair cost.i now request never to buy this product

I did the mistake of buying thermoking product,my request to all the reader is never to buy any of their productThey are the worst people where after sale service is required.rather u get harassed and feel humiliated .
I (Bhargava) have purchased 25L Plastic body thermoking geyser from Aman electronics, Mandawali, Delhi-92 on 28Oct2012. On 1Nov2012 there was short cicuit in the red bulb of the geyser. On 2Nov2012 electrician from Aman Electronics came and settled the problem and said me to contact the company(thermoking) on 3Nov2012 . But today (3Nov2012) at 5am the same problem occured, I will be contacting the company lest us see how they help.
