Please I request and beg you to stay away from this Packer. They just pick up the luggage and send it via road side truck who is going in ur direction. Please please please choose any other packer , at least they will be better from this. I have posted the complete details in last review.
I am crying my heart out and feeling guilty that why I have choosen this Best Idea and Packer and Mover Limited. They are cheater , fraud and depressing the people and looting their hard earned money. Till the pickup of ur luggage they will pretend like very professional, caring but once they will pick up ur luggage , then ur bad time started. They will ask u to do full payment otherwise it will not move. Now below thigs are going to happen with u.
They will stop picking up ur call.
After 7-8 days they will say delay " ho rha h sir but ur lugguage is safe with us".
After 15-20 days they will say it is loaded in truck.
After 25-30 days they will say our truck will go to coimbtor first then it will go to Kochi then it will go to bangalo

I shifted my household goods from Delhi to ranchi I Feb 2016. After lot of search, I relied upon this agency. Mainly becoz it was close to my residence. They gave me horrible services. They promised me to deliver my goods in one week but took approximately one month to deliver my goods. Basically they are packers only, and they transport by collaborating with other agencies. They stopped receiving my call , when I started calling them repeatedly becoz I was facing problems in Ranchi , I had to stay in hotel there.then mr Ravi Baghel, who is a big liar, lied to me that goods are sent. I shipped my car, Honda amaze from Noida to Hyderabad thru Best Idea Packers Ltd, New Delhi on 29th November,15 and I paid Rs. 10,000 towards freight and Rs.4000 towards transit insurance and Rs. 450 as service tax and I had the receipt for the said payment. Next day onwards I started the follow up for the insurance policy documents thru mail, phone and SMS, my contact person Mr. Ravi Baghel was always giving me an assurance about sending the document and after the delivery of the vehicle also they could not deliver the policy document and now not responding to my phone calls and mails.
