I agree with everything below. I have 2 AMC. They do not show up and blame everything on something else. It is always Your Pump is bad. My automation is Fine. Any suggestions on another automation AMC company. I guess it is better to eat the losses of the AMC money already paid and go for peace of mind with someone else

Pathetic service. Do not buy Crown Tech Automation system. They will never turn up for service and you will keep on chasing only. I registered complaint and even after 15 days of registering compliant, they have not turned up. They will do everything to get money from you and once you paid the money, they will disappear. I strongly recommend not to buy their service unless you have lot of time to chase them

I have a three floor AMC with this company, but their service is pathetic. Their technicians are very impertinent & are of the view that we don't know/understand anything. I am repenting the fact that I have drawn out an AMc with them.

Poor customer service. I called up an asked for appointment of 4pm on Saturday, at 2pm on Friday. The technician says he can't come as he was informed by the staff at 5.15PM on saturday and he already has list of places to go to.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU KEEP ON GUESSING WHEN THEIR TECHNICIAN WILL ARRIVE. PATHETIC COMPANY
