Neither responsible nor courteous easyfix.in Today I received an SMS saying that a particular carpenter will come to fix by 4.30 pm. I took halfa day leave and came ho,e early. No one turned up. No one called me too. When I called the number 8882122666, it gave me choice of pressing 1,2,3,4. I pressed 4 to know the status of my service. The call was on but no one answered. I called again, and same story. Both calls costed me money. Then I raised a complaint on easyfix.in. Then they called me and said they will arrange. No one turned up till now. Again I complained. Then I received a call from Manager-Operation, who said the delay was due to Ms. Jayalalithaa's death and also my house is far away! Tamil Nadu is peaceful. I live in Bangalore ... View More

Worst service from Easyfix. Neverever use this operator. they charge huge amounts and carpenters are not skilled enough. Our doors spoiled due to usage of different color polish. They did not provide receipts and also never constant about the price they quote. They can even charge double to triple to original charge.

Your carpenter came last evening without any tools, without a uniform, without an ID card and without a receipt book!! His quotation was 50% higher than our regular carpenter! We gave him 130 visit charge and said good bye. He didn't even know how to stand and talk properly. What's the point of Easyfix?

This is worst service ever seen. Please do not use Easyfix- The charges for any work are as per the worker visiting your house. The behaviour is the most arrogant one ever seen. How can the carpenter say - I visited from so far and I will charge as per my wishes.

You are forced to pay Rs 130 and the site says you can get your minor work done. The carpenter charged Rs 100 for inserting two nails in the wall. I vow to never use this service again.

I have used easyfix services and I find them to be really superb. In this busy schedule where one does not have time to buy vegetables how can one find plumber or electrician or a carpenter. I need a plumber and i booked a service online on www.easyfix.in and i got great response. Keep up the good work..
