Vodafone Store

Worst Service which i got here, they are totally doing fraud here and making fool to visitors.
I have visited store on 11 September and meet with Their Team Leader Mr. Vikram Singh Chauhan for change the calling plan from Rs.1299/- to 499/-.
after 1 month the plan was same and they r even not ready to get agree for my visit. They told me aisa hi hota h, pay krna hi padega, jao jha mail krna h krlo. because this is my corporate number, i have to pay to cotinue

it is really bad service , i have been issued a dublicate sim , already taken 2 days , not been activated till now , such a bad service provider is vodafone.

Its really to bad poor service. 29 Sept 2016 I was go there for duplicate Sim .she told me you didn't KYC so you have take postpaid sim . i did say ok. but till now not activated sim and my unique id CDLH773121 and also i did deposit RS-400/- as vodafone executive if you have an problem they never help you so please d'nt go there.

this centre is full of cons !! there is one lady called prerna . these people will always try to put u in higher end plans and will never listen what exactly u want .NEBVER EVER GO there . i have logged complaint against this center and against that lady PRERNA
