Hired a cab about 4 times from here in 3 weeks at Rs. 500 for 4 hours and 40 kms, but the 5th time the owner said the rate was never Rs. 500, and I need to pay Rs. 550 for the same service. Very unprofessional and unethical. Also in one trip the driver insisted on taking a short cut with extremely bad roads to save his time and fuel. Of course, I was the adamant one and had it my way. But again, extremely unprofessional.

Their service is least professional. Once you will book vehicle, they will call you at last minute and give some excuses saying cab is not available and they will arrange it from other vendor or some other cab but charges will be higher. This has happened couple of times so it seems a general practice for them. Story does not end here, during travel as well they try to charge extra bucks by specifying some or other expenses which we normally refer as hidden charges. Again story does not end here, they might even call you and force you to return vehicle early because they have taken someone else booking.

Beware.
