I used their service twice in last 3 years. Packing, loading/transportation and unpacking was good and without any issues. Second time, I also had house hold stuff to be transported so asked for few cartons. The cost for the same was Rs 2000 extra. It was agreed. After shifting the house, the concerned persons started asking for cartons to be emptied and returned to them immediately. Alternately , he asked for Rs. 50 per carton, which could be refunded by returning the cartons at their shop. This was a really cheap trick to earn extra money and harass the customer at last minute. Avoid this packer.
