This company is fraud and selling duplicate parts in the name of geniune parts.

they sell us some local chimney in the name of ultrafresh "turbo" model of rs8790/-
and given us guarntee for 1 year.The chimney stop abruptly and on contacting the ultra fresh the service man came by and said it does not belong to ultra fresh we contacted the dealer chauhan:- "9891274664" and he say we sell you the chimney of some other comany then ultrafresh.after that incident we called shiv shakti appliance and the person just refused us and say i cant help it out its not my problem...."aap btaiye mein kya karu ,apne mere pass phone kyun kiya hai...."
