Vodafone Store

Highly uncooperative and rude staff. Hugely disappointed! Did not expect this from Vodafone.

I submitted my documents for changing ownership of phone no. 9811609422 from my corporate name and designation to Individual name at Vodafone Store, Rohini Sector 3, Delhi on 04.01.14. Form and documents as required by the Store were submitted to their satisfaction. While the old sim was deactivated on 06.01.14, new sim is yet to be activated even after 4 days of deactivation of the old sim leaving me phoneless. I have spoken a no. of times at no. 9811098110 but they appear ignorant and every day advise me to wait for a day only. Can some one help in Vodafone.
