I along with my family booked a holiday thru Mr. Syed Momin Amir of Flight Shop, Delhi Saket branch. On his personal recommendation , the holiday was booked for Hotel Casuarina Resort & Spa, Mauritius. We were told that it is a 4 star luxury property. On reaching there we found the property very hopeless with very ordinary rooms & very casual and inhospitable staff. THE FOOD WAS BAD AND UNPALATABLE. Immediately, I talked to Mr. Syed on telephone & requested for an up gradation of hotel. I sent an e mail also to him to this effect. He promised to look into the matter and respond back shortly.
