I purchased two VOX tablets through Homeshop18 and out of two tablets one doesn't work properly. The tablet doesn't have network nor 3G connection . When I purchased these tablets , the supplier name was something else . After informing the Home shop18 and as per the giving no. i found out that the supplier was Alpha radios despite asking them whether the supplier was really them. The person ignored and just said , they are service centre. I am fully confirmed that the Alpha Radios has hidden their true identity and gave different name as the supplier for the product at Homeshop18 .I am just dissappointed and now i have realized that they have given damaged product or prouduct after repair . They are a big fraud agency who supply cheap, faulty products and do not refund the money of the purchaser easily.
I am fighting with them since 2 months to get a refund of Rs 1200 for faulty product already returned to them 3 days after delivery to me.
Potential buyers be aware of them.

Specially with advance payment mode.
Advice : You can purchase with COD mode & once product received first check the product then pay amount else repack and make some excuse and return to delivery boy.
I got a defective product & Alpha worst team wont bother to replace same.

Dear Team
This is to inform you that delivered order sanded by you was not a new product. Its second hand product. Its not working properly every 5 minutes it reboot and sometime it was not boot in one or two hour.When i book the order the model no. is blackberry strom 9530 but the Box of the mobile and earphone was Blackberry Tour 9630. The bill was not found in the box.
