worst service ever.
They booked ticket for volvo bus but the bus was not volvo.
Also, refused to refund cancelled amount.

yes it is the worst service ever. I paid for Volvo bus and they provided a semi deluxe bus. and i suffered a lot. the driver does not care about the passengers and he stopped bus @11.45am for breakfast and dinner @12am and that too not the place where we can eat. that is the road side shop and the driver can only eat. and return time is committed at 11pm and they dropped on the road @3am in Faridabad. So if you really want to enjoy then pls do not book tickets with this. i traveled on Oct 6th-2012 from Noida - Agra trip.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They sold us a Volvo ticket and then gave us a back seat on a sem-deluxe bus!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!
