Never ever call them or go to their shop. They are cheaters, for their service they will say they charge only 150 RS however once they will start fixing the appliance. They will say that there are 2 or 3 parts that needs to be changed and they charge 500 Rs for a 50 Rs part. The bill will go in thousands for just a small repair. Also even though the part they are changing in your appliance is not faulty they will still change it and will charge heavily for that.
