Paramount Group Of Companies

I have suffered a lot in hands of Paramount, they are sub-standard and very greedy, moreover they levy unfair interest and will not respond to your letters. That is how they want to extract money from you. They leave you in lurch. Worst developer. If you see their construction quality it is not even worth half the price. I was on verge to drag them to court and claim damages. They have delayed my possession for more than 1.5 years after construction. Buyers beware of this company.

yes, very right...me also faced the same issue.....they cheated us....does any one really pay that delay charges?? or its just like they asked and finally agree with waver!!

one of the worst builder in town, they are cheating consumers , on delivery of the project they are charging hige money as interest as a delay in payments. They are one of the most shruddest player , please consumers beware of them. While booking they will promise you everything and but they dont stand towards the commitment. MOreover while you pay your installment , the company will rather suggest you to pay comfortably after the due date not because they have concerned about you but they look for an opportunity to mend money through interest...kindly beware of them
