Om Sweets

Om Sweets: Essentially a mithai shop they serve delectable vegetarian north Indian snacks and main courses. The only mithai (traditional Indian sweet) Gurgaon city is famous for is dhodha. Made from milk solids and clarified butter, the recipe of the dhodha at Om Sweets is apparently a secret kept for generations and thats the specialty of Gurgaon. Riding on the success of their mithai, Om sweets now serves Indian and Chinese vegetarian food and evenings see a brightly lit chain of counters dishing out fast foods like pao bhaji, golgappas, alu tikkis and kulfi. The paneer tikka is highly recommended.
