AVOID THiS PLACE! I got cheated
They just want to extort all the money.I went in for cut and colour with prior appointment but was rushed into the whole process . The haircut was horrible and was done in 5 mins by Martina Wu . She was attending to a lot of other customers at the same time .
The hair colour - I requested for balayage but they kept insisting on highlights - rs 7500 for highlights I was told and 8500 for balayage. I showed a few reference pics but was told that the colour in the pictures is too loud and they recommended their own colour .
End result - I got a few highlights that are NOT visible ! Even the highlights aren't done properly . no Balayage but was still charged for it .they finished the hair colour in no ti

Went to Martina Wu today and it was an experience worth it. She is super busy yet super completely focussed on you. You have to be patient with her because she is not a barber she is an artist. If you speak to her with what you want and let her give her ideas and suggestions and have faith in her she does a commendable job. I was thrilled to bits after seeing the results of the fabulous cut and color job she did. They are great with highlights and ombre. I am going gaga over the fact that we have such talent in Delhi.

Martina Wu is the best! absolute value for money for nowhere had I ever had such a great experinece in hairstyling and colouring. thank you Martina. Your team is so well trained. just keep it up and never lose sight.

I am an nri married to an expat and recently moved to India. earlier I used to visit only branded salons like affinity and lakme etc but one of my colleagues whose haircut abd blowdry's I always admired told me about Martina Wu. Guys she is excellent. extremely friendly, professional and talented. she has a big team and each of them excel at what they do. I get my haircuts/blowdrys/manicure/pedicure/hairspa/waxing everything done from them. There forte is hairdos and hair colour and not to forget there makeups. they excel at it. I also would like to add that despite there work being of a much superior quality there rates are very reasonable and highly competitive.
I cant tell you how happy I was when I stepped out of Martina Wu's salon. she is a gem and the sooner you discover her the better it is for your hair and beauty :) I just got an extremely stylish cut and colour. I feel so good post all the compliments I have received in the last one week that I feel obliged to Martina to go on every site and tell people about my wonderful experience. thank you Martina
