Pathetic Service and Don't know how to handle customers,they just worry about money. Once they get the money they don't care about you and your bike/scooter/scooty. Please avoid going there. I have made the same mistake twice.In the name of service ,they don't do anything.

pathetic service ,pathetic people never go to this place full of illiterate people .they dont know how to treat a customer at all.... sad service ,horrible showroom. NEVER GO THERE GUYS.

Friends never ever Visit Nawab Honda Gurgaon. It is really a terrible experience buying a bike from there. While making the deal, they will promise you a lot and after making payment, they staart telling you that this is not available and that i not available. To be the worst, i made the payment for the bike and after that there was no one to attend me for the next 4 hrs. The menager left to some other place, the receptionist was busy giiling on her phone and technicians not avaiable. And when someone came after 4 hrs. they told me that the bill can not be provided right now as there is a power cut. I had paid for the extended warranty, but no warranty card provided. I recently bought an Activa on 1st june, 2013. I opted for full chrome accessories. The full price of all the accessories they told me was Rs 4700. When i wanted to leave, they started to give me discounts and discounts stating that i was the first customer of that day. The prices were dropped to R3800(and hidden from me were the accessories dropped from the list without telling me). 1.) Box dropped to simple Basket(without Chrome and without my knowledge) plus it was not available that day and they told me that they will contact me when it would be available. Terrible experience. I ll advise never to buy any vehicle from this showroom.I brought one and its been 3 months and still not received RC instead of regular follow-ups. Terrible people,sales staff,receptionist.

Nawab honda is really bad,when i confirmed about i will come to purchase a bike at 6 PM they said ok you will come but when i come in Nawab honda then the manager said we have not technician so i do not give you bike today.
so their work only wasting the time of the customer...........really bad experience............

Very Poor Service, specially if you look at the technical team or technicians. They never detect the actual problem of a simple bike, they simply use hit-and-trial method and obviously at customer's cost. Your time is a complete waste if you are going for the servicing of your bike with ,them because, you may need to visit them again and again for a similar type of problem. I have been facing them for last 2 years. But as there is not any option of any HONDA service center near by my place, I have no choice. I will equally acuse, Hoda Scooters India Limited, for not creating more service centers in Gurgaon.
