Extremely rude. First of all they gave us a broken piece and started attacking us the moment they saw the packet. Without us telling him the reason for our visit, the person at the counter started shouting at us saying we got broke the piece and are now returning it. Had they politely told us that it will not be exchanged we'd have quietly left. But the way they behaved left us angry and frustrated. Never going back there again!!
