It seems to be a fraud shop which is highly overpriced sells fake articles and has no sales and after sales support.

Uttam Nagar is a hub of electrical and electronics items, I will never visit this shop after my dirtiest experience on 27 Dec'23, there are hundreds of other shops in vicinity.

Staff doesn't know how to talk to an elderly person, no one cares, just avoid the customer and are busy on scrolling their phones.

On questioning they show a agressive body language and start yelling.
