Hi Guys...Pls pls pls dont give any contract to these people...they will talk very high about their services and packing etc but once they get your contract they will not bothered about even informing you of your product deliveries. I recently moved from Noida to pune and my goods were delivered 3 days late and even my tv got damaged. Initially when i complained about late delivery they started blaming me that i informed them of late but later on when they had no excuses they were ignoring or not bothering...Those who check rating dont see that around 80/85% people have posted positive ratings for this transporter. I think those positives are for local transport but not for intracity transports...
This is the worst Packers and Movers service ever. I took the service from Vaishali office (Sanjay and Mukesh were the concerned persons) when I asked them to ship a LCD from Delhi to Mumbai. They did very bad packing, the LCD was completely damaged when I received it. They sent it through Air Cargo whereas they promised they will ship by road. They fudged the insurance as well. The insurance was only active in case of alien attack or an extremely unlikely attack. Despite of all this, they refused to take any responsibility for it. Covering the loss of my LCD was far-sighted thing, they dint even bothered to return the shipping fees to feel even 1% guilty. Trust me, these guys are fraud and the worst service providers in India.
