Eggspection is specialty fine dining in Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel; it is an international franchise that specializes in egg cuisine. They do have eggless dishes to accommodate all kinds of guests, but the 170 vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes on the menu are mainly with eggs. The ambience is urban chic and laidback, the menu serves kids, which makes this a family friendly retreat. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken comes recommended along with the Egg-chiladas.
