We are from South Africa and last year in July my father bought a lens for my sister from there. She typed it out in an email which was printed out and shown to the sales person my father dealt with. My father asked if he would be able to return it if it was the wrong lens and they said he could return it within a year, but he was assured that it was the right lens. Well it was not the right one and when we went back earlier this month to them the sales people were rude and refused to take it back saying that my father should have emailed or called to let them know he was going to return it and stating that they would never say he had one year in which to return it, even though they realised it was the wrong item they had given in the first
