They are "NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL" if you are looking to enjoy a personal pleasure trip with family or honeymoonâs. If its a gang then the experience might turn out to be different. In short the stay at Kuala Lumpur (3days)and the visits were good.The Singapore Leg (4days)was an UTTER DISASTER by all means. My experience : We employed them for a trip to Malaysia and Singapore for a family of 3. In spite of repeatedly making it clear that we just wanted to enjoy a pleasure trip without much hassles and were willing to spend without too much constraints it was of no avail. View More were taken to a 3 star hotel (SENTRAL PUDU) where we were made to wait for almost 4-5 hours before we were allocated a room.The accommodation and food at the hotel was very pleasant and the entire stay at KL was hasslefree compared to what we were forced to undergo at singapore .We were taken for a tour of KL,Petronas towers , Sentosa Island, bhangu caves which can be experienced for once. The 4th day we boarded a bus(should be called an aeroplane by indian standards) and had a pleasant journey to singapore. The scenery was pleasant as well. Upon arriving at the drop point we were made to wait 4 about 1hour by our pick up agent which was painful as it was a searingly hot afternoon. Once picked up, we were taken to a 3 star hotel called GRAND CHANCELLOR where there was about 2 hours waiting for allotment of room. The hotel does look grand from the outside. So please don't be fooled by the the outlook or the photos on their webpage.The quality of service was utterly atrocious all throughout the stay. The room was too small for a family of 3. The bathroom was quite unclean for a 3 star hotel. They did not even have an ablution faucet water connection for the european closet !!We were very glad to finally have checked out of that disgusting hotel. Coming to the tour, we were taken for a city tour for 1 full day which can be experience once. The trips to night safari and ??? island (2nd day) were also very good and should be a wonderful experience for all.They were well coordinated by the tour operators. We were told by the tour operator (Mr Baby in cochin)that the Singapore zoo (which is actually one of the best in the world) is an utter waste of time & money and that most of the indian zoo's are better compared to the singapore zoo. But because of the insistance of my son we employed a taxi and took the tour by ourselves. The zoo turned out to be marvellous and exceeded all expectations. It was beyond doubt the best part of the trip. Mr Baby who has been a travel agent for many years should never have misguided tourists for the sake of eeking out more profit. His behavior once we contacted him while on the tour was also uncourteis. We contacted them because the hotel authorities asked us to check out 3 hours before scheduled time so that they can clean the room for the next customer due to over booking. When we contacted Mr baby from singapore, all that he was willing to say was you have to do as the authorities say which was cowardly and quite unbecoming of a travel agency of such repute.So please employ them at your OWN RISK.
