Malabar Gold

I bought a bangle for my wife from Malabar gold Kottayam on last week. While we reached home it has been bent and not able to use. So we went to there and asked for replace it within 24 hrs of purchase. But the Manage/ Directorr one Mr. Ravi did not allowed us to replaced it. He told us to pay Making chrarge of 10%, if we want to buy another. The Malabar gold is really frauds and so i request the public not to buy any gold ornaments from them.

Hi,am a regular customer of Malabar Gold.I have never had such a bad experience since now.I have purchased many times from malabar Gold.I dont understand y people r going against them.

Malabar Gold has always safeguarded the interests and requirements of the customers.Malabar Gold sells ornaments which are certified by international agencies like International Gemological Institute (IGI), Platinum Guild International (PGI), etc.Rough usage of ornaments will cause damage to it.Any ornament, Gold,Silver,Platinum or Diamond must be handled with care.You cannot always blame the Jewellery.

Do not go to this place if you want to buy a wedding set. The gold, platinum collection are bad. I recently bought a platinum ring and it had marks all over within 4 months. When I did bring it to them, they said it was by use. This had not only happened to me but also to my wife. It is quite coincidence that such wear and tear can happen for both of us within 4 months. They did not offer any solution but to polish it, which would take more than 20 days. Polishing will also cause some weight to be lost. Why waste your money here!! think twice before you buy from here.
