Attention everybody! We had a bitter experience with this hotel branch in Palarivattom. On Sunday, February 14th 2016, we ordered a couple food items and when it was finally delivered, it was stale, old food and not cooked too. And not to miss it was very highly priced not at all justifiable to the poor quality food they sent. We had asked for a Dal Fry, the hotel just said it is dal fry large which we were not aware and didn't ask for it, and billed us 210 rs for it. And also when we asked for a tomato fry, the tomatoes were not cooked and it was added to the already available gravy and covered up as being tomato fry, the rest of the items ordered were just ok ok.
