Today (30-08-2022) 12.15am I was about to book the doctors appointment. And the staff who attended the call was very rude to me .first off all it was my mistake that, I forget the booking day actually it was on 29-08-2022 and I apologize for that . But she was very rude in her speaking and it disappointed me very badly. And I got the token 23 and I asked her when should I come to consult the doctor ,then she doesn't had atleast a pich of manners to give me back the reply she said like I am busy and cut the phone . Is this the manners of the hospital. It is a big remark for the hospital keep staff like this .I very disappointed with this.
Every says its good, but on my personal experience it's not that good. Doctors are good and exprienced but hospital administration and care providing for patients are worst. Better stay away from the hospital
