I purchased a computer and a UPS from this firm. They have the worst customer service. The lady who takes the phone gives all sorts of promises. But once the payment is made, they dont care what happens to the equipment after that. Even in warranty period they do not give any type of customer service. If the UPS is not working they just gives the toll free number of the UPS manufacturing company and ask us to call and rectify the issue ourselves. They do not come for our help.
