Bad servicing and till no response from their side, they give not proper answer very bad opinion. personal experience if you took any product first search about is they giving us a better service support..
Not seen good servicing from samsung mobile phones. I gave my smart phone 16th august in mathrubhoomi(Kaloor, kochi) till no response from their side, they give not proper answer. when i call they said that wil call u back, bt no response form their side. Otherwise give a proper answer thats enought, but they didnt give any proper answer.
I also heard about vytila and penta menaka samsung smartphone service centre very poor support. seems customer felt very bad support. cant suffer much more. i daily calls them, they tells me that when phone is ready they wil inform after service. not giving proper answer. at least they sould give exact date. then we have to expect. no hope.. very bad opinion. personal experience if you took any product
