Very bad experience. Delta did not follow the contract and had not completed installation for over 6 weeks at which point I asked them to just go away. Unfortunately, I had already paid them 95% in advance (60% on order, 35% on "delivery"), so the only thing to do was to take them to court ... which my lawyer advised against (too expensive, too much time). Avoid Delta.
This contract execution has been the worst in my experience. I have interacted with a number of vendors on this project and even more over the years: Delta stands out because of its poor management, poor execution, poor punctuality, serious incompetence and, worst of all, poor integrity. I regret not dealing with a local carpenter.
Had a bad experience with Delta. The job done by the workers was not supervised by the team due to which the fixtures were wrongly fixed and the rectification left a mark on the cabinets. I dint get the granite I paid for ( Galaxy Rs 18500) instead some other granite was fixed for the same price as told by Milind which course cant be true. My sink needed to be fixed with silicon as it as moving all over the place. In all the total came to Rs 161,000/- but he deducted Rs.2 thousand because of the granite.The Hob and Chimney were the displayed piece from the store itself! Ah total mess! So very disappointing.
