Souza Lobo, a family-owned business, started way back in 1932 as a small beach shack. Since then, there has been no looking back and the restaurant is now the most popular one on Calangute beach. Seafood is the specialty here and the tandoori kingfish and crab xacutti are simply mind-boggling fare. For a romantic candle-lit dinner on the beach, this is the place to be. Also enjoy live music by popular Goan singers every evening.

easily the most popular eat out in calangute beach, except for the lobsters( priced at arnd 2k) everything else in Souza Lobo is reasonable.try the assorted sea food grill(arnd 400 buks i think) which consists of squids, red snappers, oysters nd crabs. the fact that they are located along the edge of the beach allows for some stunning views of the ocean.
