Beach House: The Banyan Tree offers the succulent flavours of exotic Thai cuisine. Enjoy a romantic meal under the shade of a 300 year old banyan tree. Open from the sides and air-conditioned in teh centre, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds. Chef Danny's green curry and pla rad prik (crispy fried fish) are the signature dishes here. The desserts are also wonderful try the Tub Tim Grob a coconut milk infused with baitoley leaf and rose-flavoured water chestnuts.
