If you are a Goan, you should be at l'orange, they really have the art of cooking, from the Pork Roast, Beef Curry, Meat ball curry,sorpotel, prawn or fish curry rice...they have it all.
The owners are very friendly, the service is excellent, and the prices are average. (Rs 750 for 2 people)
I would love to be there on every Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays night, as their Live entertainment is really good.(Live bands)
L'orange was without doubt our favourite restaurant in Candolim - great live music mon,wed and fri night, exceptionally friendly, helpful staff and a relaxed ambience conducive to chilling out until very very late. So it's amazing that it's such a fabulous restaurant, too. In a town where we enjoyed the food in every place we visited, we found ourselves eating at the L'orange 7 nights out of 14! The grills and tandoori were hard to resist the moment you saw/smelled someone else's as it passed your table on its way to them. The best place to chill,lazy, eat & sip on a frozen cocktail....great live music.....great bbq...cooked front of you....I will kill to be there now.....dont miss this place when you are in Goa
I see all these reviews that are raving about this place so my expectation was higher than it should be.
All in all the food seems clean and the service attentive (not too slow) but the live music they have is loud.
