Bad service..... hopeless... 3 weeks since my ac is not working.... and this is the 3rd time i had a problem with the same ac which i bought 1year back.... n after calling several times they seemed to be least interested in solving ur problem.... think before buying.....
having purchased toshiba a/c units from divine air i have found their after sales service to be atrocious, Divine air are fairly prompt at answering the phone and taking your money but not very good when it comes to after sales service. When you do call them the receptionist says they are very busy with "complaints"...yes! complaints, and when they eventually arrive they take the stabilisers away for repair and replace them with a new stabiliser/s ( which btw they inevitably wire in wrong so the a/c still doesn't work, and they they give you the bill but do not return the old stabiliser/s...which is not their property. when you call them and ask about the stabilisers (3 so far) they of course plead ignorance.
